At 150 Performance Engineering, we provide complete carbon fiber solutions—from prototypes to mass production.Our capabilities include prepreg carbon fiber (autoclave- or oven-cured), vacuum-infusion and RTM-molded composites, and compression-molded or forged-carbon components—customized to your exact needs.Using advanced processes such as autoclave curing, RTM, and vacuum infusion, we deliver strong, precise, and high-quality parts. Concept feasibility development

From concept to engineering-ready solutions, we transform designer sketches into practical plans through feasibility and structural reports, composite material and process selection, and structural planning (single or split molds). Typical lead time: 3–7 days.

Rapid carbon fiber prototyping

Fast and accurate low-volume prototyping with CNC tooling and 3D-printed molds. We produce autoclave prepreg prototypes with ±0.3 mm tolerance for functional parts used in automotive, sports, and marine applications. Typical lead time: **7–15 days**.

Small - Batch production

Flexible production for niche projects with volumes from **1–500 pieces**. We manufacture cosmetic and structural carbon parts using prepreg autoclave, infusion, or wet lay-up processes, with matte, gloss, or clear coat finishes. Typical lead time: **5–20 days**.

Mass production programs

Scalable manufacturing for volume orders using automated compression molding and stable P20 steel molds. Production follows ISO / IATF 16949 quality control, with scalable lines in Hubei and Huizhou. Lead time depends on order volume.
